CYLAB at the DIGILIENCE Conference

Members of the Cyber Defence Lab attended this year’s edition of the “Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, And Resilience DIGILIENCE 2024” that was held in Sofia, Bulgaria. They presented two papers in the field of Blockchain and Cyber Situation Awareness in Complex Systems.

The two members of Cylab who attended the DIGILIENCE conference were Arnaud Stoz and Georgi Nikolov, representing the Royal Military Academy and the Cyber Defence Lab with the work they have done in their respective fields of research.

Arnaud presented a paper, reviewing the theory behind “A decentralized architecture for package manager based on the blockchain” and how blockchain can resolve problems with vulnerabilities in the supply chain.

Georgi presented a paper discussing the issues understanding and representing complex systems in a visual way, with a paper titled “Visualization for Cyber Complex Systems: Application, Issues and Future Work”.

Both papers were a big success and we aim to further our work and continue to expand on it through publications, collaborations and future attendance at various conferences!
